These terms apply to every artist, band and representative who creates or updates a page on Dream Big Artists (the “Site”), which is run by Dream Big Studios (“we”, “us”). By submitting a sign-up, an update or payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can sign up
- You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must submit for you and agree to these terms.
- If you submit for a band or another artist, you confirm you are allowed to act for them.
- The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
2. You keep your rights
You keep 100% ownership of your music, photos, videos, artwork, name and bio (“Your Content”). We never sell Your Content or claim it as ours.
To run your page, you give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to host, display, stream, and let visitors download your press photos and one-sheet, and to show your name, photo and short clips of your page when we promote the Site or your page (for example on our social media). This permission ends when your page is removed, except for posts already published and normal backups that are deleted over time.
3. What you promise
When you upload anything, you promise that:
- You own it or have permission to use it — including beats, samples, features, photos and artwork.
- Everyone shown in your photos agreed to be shown.
- It does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.
- It is not hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or harassing, and it does not contain viruses or spam.
If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content, you agree to cover the cost of that claim.
4. Our review
Every new page and every update is reviewed before it goes live. We may approve, edit for formatting, decline, or remove any page or file at any time — for example if it breaks these terms, a payment is not made, or we receive a valid complaint. We will try to tell you when we do.
5. Plans and payments
Prices and what each plan includes are listed on our Plans page. Payments are handled through our booking system.
- Studio Artist (free): your page stays live while you have a paid session with us in the last 12 months or an active studio subscription. After that we may ask you to switch plans before removing your page.
- Yearly listings are paid up front for 12 months and are not refunded for unused time.
- Done-for-you services (bio writing, photos, mastering, page setup) follow our studio booking and cancellation policy.
- Monthly add-ons such as Featured Artist can be cancelled anytime and end at the close of the paid month.
We may change prices in the future. Changes will not affect time you have already paid for.
6. Page stats and booking messages
We show and email you simple stats about your page, such as views, song plays and link clicks. These numbers are estimates and may not match other services.
Booking messages sent through your page go to the email you gave us, with a copy to our team. We are not your agent or manager and are not part of any deal you make, unless we agree to that separately in writing.
7. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe something on the Site uses your work without permission, email us at ANTONIODREAMBIG@GMAIL.COM with: your contact information, what work is being used, the link to the page, and a statement that the information is accurate and you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner. We will review it and remove material when appropriate. Artists can ask us to remove their own page or any file at any time.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep the Site running and your files safe, but the Site is provided “as is.” Keep your own copies of everything you upload. We do not guarantee any number of views, plays, bookings or income. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for your page in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your page
You can ask us to take your page down at any time by emailing ANTONIODREAMBIG@GMAIL.COM. We can end or pause a page as described above.
10. Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms. When we make an important change, we will post the new date above and, when we can, email artists. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bell County, Texas.
