This policy explains what information Dream Big Studios (“we”) collects on Dream Big Artists, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
From artists who sign up or update a page: your artist name, bio, music, photos, videos, links, location, and your contact name, email and phone number.
From people who send a booking message: your name, email, phone (optional), organization, event details and message.
From visitors: we count page views, song plays and link clicks on artist pages to show artists how their page is doing. These counts are stored as totals per day. We do not use them to build a profile of you. To stop spam and double counting, your browser may remember for a day that it already counted a view, and our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeat counts. Our web host also keeps standard server logs.
Cookies: artists who use an edit link get one cookie that keeps them signed in to their edit form for up to 48 hours. If we add other tools (for example Google Analytics), they may set their own cookies, and we will update this policy.
How we use it
- To create, review and show artist pages.
- To email artists about their page — approvals, edit links and monthly stats reports.
- To pass booking messages to the artist and keep a copy so we can help.
- To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep the Site secure.
- To follow the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
What is public
Everything on an approved artist page is public, including any contact details the artist chose to show. An artist’s private contact email and phone number are only shown if the artist checks the box to display them.
Who we share it with
- The artist, when you send them a booking message.
- Service providers that help run the Site, such as our web host, email delivery service and backup service.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect people’s safety.
- Fans’ emails are shared with the artist they sign up for.
How long we keep it
We keep artist information while the page is active and for up to 12 months after it is removed, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking messages are kept for up to 24 months. Page stats totals may be kept longer because they do not identify visitors.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop the monthly stats emails, by emailing Studio@DreamBigCTX.com. Artists can also update their page at any time with an edit link.
Children
The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Artists under 18 must have a parent or guardian submit for them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as private edit links, limited access and backups. No website can be 100% secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
